This box contains a 708-piece kit to build 20 multipart plastic Astra Militarum miniatures; including 1x Commissar, 5x Cadian Command Squad miniatures, 2x Field Ordnance Teams, 1x Rogal Dorn Battle Tank, 1x Basilisk, and 10x Cadian Shock Troops. It also includes 6x Citadel 28.5mm Round Bases, 2x Citadel 100mm Round Bases, 10x Citadel 25mm Round Bases, 3x Cadian Transfer Sheets, and 2x Astra Militarum Vehicle Transfer Sheets.

This box is an ideal way to start a new Astra Militarum collection or expand an existing army for games of Warhammer 40,000, while saving money compared to buying the kits individually. Led by a Commissar, this force combines infantry and command units with Field Ordnance Teams, a Basilisk, and a Rogal Dorn Battle Tank to provide a durable and versatile force capable of seizing and holding objectives while bringing substantial firepower.

The Commissar can be armed with either a chainsword or a single-edged power sword. The Cadian Shock Troops include a Sergeant and nine soldiers, with options for special weapons including a flamer, grenade launcher, meltagun, and plasma gun, as well as a vox-caster. The kit also features more than 20 different heads and numerous cosmetic accessories.

The Cadian Command Squad includes a Cadian Commander and four Veteran Guardsmen, with extensive weapon and equipment options. The accompanying Veterans can be equipped as a field medic, vox operator, bodyguard, standard bearer, or weapons specialists, with additional cosmetic options including different heads, basing details, and regimental standard finials.

The Field Ordnance Teams each include a gunner and two spotters or loaders, with a choice of malleus rocket launcher, bombast field gun, or heavy lascannon. The crew feature a variety of interchangeable cosmetic options, while the gun carriages can be built with or without their gunners and feature partially glue-free assemblies allowing their legs to pivot or remain closed.

The Basilisk can be customised with optional upgrades including a dozer blade, hunter-killer missile, and armoured tracks. Its cannon can be assembled without glue to adjust its angle of fire, while additional vehicle accessories include bedrolls, entrenching gear, a spotlight, spare fuel, hatch options, and aquila sigils.

The Rogal Dorn Battle Tank can be equipped with either a twin battle cannon or an oppressor cannon with a coaxial autocannon. Its hull-mounted secondary weapon can be built with either a castigator gatling cannon or pulveriser cannon, while optional sponsons can carry heavy bolters or multi-meltas and forward mounts can house heavy stubbers or meltaguns. Additional armour and numerous cosmetic details provide further customisation.

The 2 Astra Militarum Vehicle Transfer Sheets each feature 475 high-quality waterslide transfers, including heraldry for regiments from Cadia, Catachan, Valhalla, Vostroya, Mordian, Tallarn, Krieg, and Tanith, along with squad markings and numerals. The 3 Cadian Transfer Sheets each feature 597 high-quality waterslide transfers featuring numerals, squad markings, and Cadian regimental heraldry.
