New Policy As Of August 8, 2024

ALL SALE ITEMS, CLEARANCE ITEMS, AND DISCOUNT CODE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.

Cancelation Requests: In order to provide the best shipping experience we can, we strive to ship orders out as quickly as possible. This often results in orders shipping out the very same day. As a result, any order cancelation requests may not be reviewed in time to stop an outbound shipment. Please only submit orders you intend to receive as we cannot guarantee we can stop the fulfillment process once an in-stock order is processed on our end.

Unopened products in NEW condition may be returned to us for store credit within 30 days of receiving the item(s).  Buyer pays for all return shipping costs and MUST receive prior written approval before shipping any product back to us.

Local orders can be returned for store credit if the products are unopened and in new condition within 30 days of purchase.

In order to maintain the integrity of our inventory, we do not accept returns of any trading card games (i.e. Pokemon, Digimon, Final Fantasy, Flesh and Blood, Magic, Yugioh, Dragon Ball Super, One Piece, etc.).

If there was an error on our part in which we shipped you the wrong item(s), we will correct that error at our own expense by either shipping you the correct item(s), paying for the return shipping labels of the wrong item(s), providing store credit for the different in amounts paid, or some combination of the above.

If the product you ordered arrived damaged, then YOU will need to make a claim against the shipping provider. You'll need to provide both photos of the damaged product(s) as well as photo of the damaged shipping box to the shipping company, i.e. USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc..

When Pre-Orders are placed on our website, we use that information to partner with the specific publishers to acquire the games you purchased.  Many of these games are sourced through Kickstarter in partnership with very small publishing companies.  The accuracy of the fulfillment dates depends solely on the publisher, and not on Knight & Day Games.

Buyer’s Remorse

Buyer’s remorse, characterized by changing your mind about a purchase after placing an order, does not qualify for a return or refund. We encourage our customers to carefully review all product details and specifications before making a purchase to ensure satisfaction.

Any change in market price of a TCG is NOT a qualifying reason to request a "refund for the difference". Preordering a product is about securing that product for purchase, not a price guarantee before or after said purchase. TCG pricing often fluctuates wildly, especial in the weeks before and after an initial release, and any purchasing decision must made with that in mind. Products can go up in value and they can go down in value. If you are uncomfortable with that, we respect your decision. However, a change in market price is NOT grounds for any refund requests.

If your decision to return a product does not stem from buyer's remorse but rather issues like damage in transit, condition issues, or receiving an incorrect product, please contact support.

Please note that refunds and returns are not offered for products that change in price after per-order or purchase.

TCG Card Conditioning

Please allow us to clarify how we address card conditioning.

According to every major reputable card grading service as well as TCGPlayer, a Near Mint card can truly grade anywhere from an 7-10. Yes, a SEVEN.

At Knight & Day Games, we always strive to raise that standard to 9.

Additionally, in order to prevent potential fraud, all TCG card sales are final because there is no way of us know that any card returned to us is indeed the exact card we sold.

If you are in search of a truly perfect card, we highly recommend visiting your local card shops and card shows so you can examine all cards in person, preferably with a jewelers loop when dealing with premium cards.

How do I report a damaged item?

  • Replacement for ding/dent items are not guaranteed, however we will do our best to find the best solution for you.

Because the games are sourced worldwide, if there is an issue with a missing component you will have to reach out to the specific publisher.  If you are having issues reaching the publisher directly, please reach out to us.

  • Most board games, card games & miniatures with missing components must have their parts replaced via the manufacturer. Please contact support@knightanddaygames.com with the specifics and we will let you know how to proceed.
