- Horror on the Orient Express: The Board Game - In this cooperative game, you and the other investigators try to survive on the doomed train. To win, you must hunt out the cultists to stop them from performing a hideous ritual and ensure the train reaches its destination. Each of you controls a character who can develop new skills, gather items, talk to the passengers, discover clues, and, ultimately, decide the train's fate.
- Investigators Unveiled Expansion - This expansion turns every character you meet in the game into a playable character. Suspects from the main game can now be played as Investigators, bringing it up to a total of 13 playable Investigators for you to choose from. Moreover, it works both ways - with this expansion every Investigator can be also turned into a Suspect.
- Consumed by the Void Campaign Expansion - scenario-based campaign expansion.
- New Monstrosities Expansion - This expansion comes with three completely new types of Monsters. During setup you can decide which Monster you want to use—the green one from the core box or the green one from the New Monstrosities expansion. You can mix and match, but you should always stick to having three different colors in the game.
- All-In Set of Card Sleeves - 5 packs of sleeves of 90 micron-thick sleeves to protect all the cards in the game and all its expansions and additional content.
