New Policy As Of September 16, 2023

Unopened products in NEW condition may be returned to us for store credit within 30 days of receiving the item(s).  Buyer pays for all return shipping costs and MUST receive prior written approval before shipping any product back to us.

Local orders maybe returned  if the products are unopened and in new condition within 30 days of purchase.

If there was an error on our part in which we shipped you the wrong item(s), we will correct that error at our own expense by either shipping you the correct item(s), paying for the return shipping labels of the wrong item(s), providing store credit for the different in amounts paid, or some combination of the above.

It the product you ordered arrived damaged, then a claim will need to be made against the shipping provider. You'll need to provide both photos of the damaged product(s) as well as photo of the damaged shipping box.

When Pre-Orders are placed on our website, we use that information to partner with the specific publishers to acquire the games you purchased.  Many of these games are sourced through Kickstarter in partnership with very small publishing companies.  The accuracy of the fulfillment dates depends solely on the publisher, and not on Knight & Day Games.
